This is the home page for a new research project on diasporic narratives in the Transpacific region, led by Dr Daniella Trimboli (Alfred Deakin Institute of Citizenship & Globalisation, Melbourne) and Dr Michelle O’Brien (Central Washington University, USA) in conjunction with Dr Safdar Ahmed (Refugee Art Project, Sydney).
The site will follow our research as we attempt to bring to life an archive of non-Anglo Celtic writing in Australia — The Australian Multicultural Collection — and work to link it to a range of other historical and contemporary diasporic narratives. As such it will be an iterative site and, we hope, a dynamic and collaborative space. Thank you for visiting!
